Nothing More to Tell is an impossible to put down mystery centered around the never-solved murder of a beloved teacher at the Saint Ambrose school. Brynn has spent her last four years away from Saint Ambrose wondering what really happened that day. Now that she’s going back to school at Saint Ambrose and interning at a true-crime TV show, she wants to find out. And that’s exactly what she’s going to do, no matter what it takes.
As the main witness to the murder, Tripp has spent the last four years trying to forget what happened. But when Brynn starts investigating, he finds himself caught in the middle of a whirlwind of secrets, lies, and memories. The more Brynn uncovers, the more he can feel his story unravel.
Someone in this town is a murderer. And they’ll do whatever it takes to cover up the truth of what happened four years ago.
Nothing More to Tell is a complex mystery with endless twists and turns, proving once again that Karen McManus is definitely the queen of YA murder mystery novels. She’s written many other bestselling mystery novels, including One of Us is Lying, Two Can Keep a Secret, and The Cousins. She’s coming out with a third book in the One of Us is Lying series in July and I can’t wait to read it!
I would recommend this book for 8th grade readers and older, but anyone interested can enjoy reading this book.
I give this book 5 out of 5 bookworms.
