Ban This Book

I LOVED Ban This Book when I first read it! It shows kids to stand up for what they believe in. And it is just a really great book. Before I read this book I never really thought about banned books, but shortly after I read the book I started wondering things like, has my library ever banned books?

It is about a girl named Amy Anne who had a book in the library that was her favorite, but when she went to check it out it was gone. She found out it had been banned! She tries to stop the books from being banned, but can she win?

My all-time favorite character is definitely Amy Anne. She is my favorite because at first she never speaks her mind and just goes along with what other people are saying, but then at the end she actually ends up showing so much feeling when she fights for keeping the banned books.

This is a fourth-sixth grade book.

I give it 5 out of 5 bookworms.
