Ivy & Bean Book 1

Ivy & Bean is a hilarious book. I recommend Ivy & Bean to 1st-3rd grade. Ivy & Bean has quite a few pictures, but it is still a chapter book.

Ivy & Bean is about Bean living on Pancake Court, Ivy is the new kid. Bean’s mom says Bean should play with Ivy, but Bean doesn’t want to. One day Ivy and Bean end up together, and they both end up having fun. Read Ivy & Bean to find out more.

I wanted to say a little bit about Ivy and Bean. They are both seven years old. Bean is a handful and can’t sit still for very long. Ivy wants to be a witch and is usually kind of quiet, she is able to sit still for a long period of time.

My favorite character is both Ivy and Bean. Which is the same for all the other people I know who have read this book except for one, she likes Nancy. Nancy is Bean’s older sister.

Ivy & Bean has a series I’m sure to be reviewing. The series includes Ivy & Bean and the Ghost That Had to Go. The whole series is great.

I give this book 4 ½  out of 5 bookworms.

If you read the series I recommend starting with book 1.
